This is one of my favorite ebooks! Zoe did an amazing job hitting every part of the shoulder as well as biceps and triceps. It didn’t take very long before I started noticing a difference in my upper body.
I love this workout as well as the BABB. Again this program is done twice a week and is divided into 3 routines over the course of 3 months. I hate doing arms and I much rather do lower body every time I go to the gym but the exercises are very easy to follow and a video is attached to help with piper form and how to do each exercise. I also enjoy the videos on good protein powders and vitamins Zoe uses on her YouTube page to help build muscles. Arms days aren’t so bad now that I have a plan to follow and I actually look forward to arm day. I recommend buying the package plan because once you love one, you’ll love all her programs
My only complaint with this eBook is not enough bicep workouts! I love all the triceps workouts but want more biceps, too.
I went from doing this program 1 time a week for 3 months to 2-3x. I have been complimented on my arms/shoulders and it’s all thanks to Zoe’s Sexy Arms program. Recommend it!
