This quick and easy breakfast prepares itself overnight – so you can literally grab and go in the morning!
Gluten-free and lightly sweet, you can enjoy this oatmeal cold or warmed up.
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 tablespoons sugar (or equivalent artificial sweetener)
¼ cup protein powder
pinch of salt
½ teaspoon almond extract
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup almond milk
½ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
1. Mix all ingredients except sprinkles in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Top with sprinkles and serve warm or cold.
