The Zbody Fitness App provides fun and exciting 6 week challenges EVERY season all year with amazing new workout programs and prizes to keep you motivated the entire way!
The challenge is a great way for beginners to get a kickstart into the healthy lifestyle and stay determined with the 100’s of other women doing the same challenge as you!

Yes, of course! The program has been designed so you can do it anywhere with minimal equipment. Don’t let that fool you – minimal equipment does not mean it’s easy! You’ll feel your workouts and see results if you commit to the program.

I’ve designed this program to challenge you in all the right ways, so you will get leaner, stronger and more confident in just 6 weeks. In addition to the program, you get a curated meal plan I’ve designed specifically for this program to fuel your gains as well as support and guidance from me and other ZBody babes in our private community.

Of course you can! I’ll be with you every step of the way. I’ll show you exactly what to do in every workout with videos and voice overs that cue you on form and technique, so you’ll never feel lost. Your motivation may slip, but you’ll be developing healthy habits and learning that this fitness journey is all about dedication and focusing on your growth and goals. You’ll feel AMAZING, and won’t want to skip a single workout.
